We chose this setup, a web-based solution, because it’s the simplest possible way to start charging. There’s no need to download anything, no need to create an account or set up a profile. Users can just visit app.remea.si on any internet-connected device and begin the process immediately.

The process is very straightforward. After opening the app on a mobile device, users will be prompted to enter the number of the charging station manually. For an even more convenient option, they can simply scan the QR code displayed on the charging station using their phone’s camera through the app interface.

Next, they’re asked to enter their email address. There’s no registration or account setup required — just an email, which is used to send the invoice after the charging session ends. At this point, users also receive the Terms of Use, which they need to read and confirm before proceeding. Once confirmed, they can click “Continue to payment” to choose their preferred payment method.

The app supports a wide range of popular payment options, just like the platform, again, to ensure that everyone can access the service regardless of their preferred method. Once payment information is entered and the funds are authorized, charging begins.

During the charging session, users get access to real-time data. They can view the current charging power, the number of kWh already charged, how long the session has been running, and how much it currently costs, all updated in real time.

When they decide to stop charging (which can be done easily with one click), the app provides a recap of the session. This includes the total amount of energy delivered, the final cost, the duration of the session, and even a notification about how many minutes remain before the user should move their vehicle or restart the charging session.

The entire experience is designed to be fast, transparent, and completely hassle-free. It’s an ideal solution for everyday EV drivers who need a reliable, no-fuss charging option while on the go.
